The Sturgis® Motorcycle Rally ("SMR") welcomes you. This on-line job advertisement portal is accessed through the Sturgis® Motorcycle Rally's official event website and allows registered employers to post and advertise qualified job openings for a fee. Job listings are only posted on Sturgis®MotorcycleRally.com. Jobs remain active until August 31st when SMR staff will remove them or until the employer removes them, whichever comes first. As such, all job listings must be re-advertised each year.
Job listings are reviewed and approved by our staff, which includes approval of any requested changes to the publication of the listing. Only one employment opportunity may be listed in each advertisement. Additionally, if any of the following conditions apply, your job may be removed from our database, with or without notice:
You, as the employer, acknowledge your responsibility to comply with all applicable federal, state and local employment laws with regards to all advertised employment opportunities, recruitment and selection, work environment, compensation, etc. Publication of a job advertisement does not signify that the Sturgis® Motorcycle Rally endorses or promotes the employment opportunity and/or your business/organization.
Posting fees are not refunded for any job which is removed at the discretion of the Sturgis® Motorcycle Rally for an above stated reason(s).
Employers must register to advertise a job opening. Registration is free, but a fee is charged for the publication of a job listing. To register you will create a password and username as well as provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself and your business as prompted. To post, you must be an authorized representative of the listed business.
When posting a job, you agree to only post legitimate Rally related employment opportunities and that you will not use the SMR job listing service in ways contrary to the purpose and scope of the service (i.e. to list a "pyramid scheme" or to list a job with illegal job duties). You must provide true, accurate, current and complete information about your job opportunity (including wage rates and job duties) as prompted.
Remember, it is your responsibility to provide (and keep updated) the appropriate contact information so that job seekers may apply for the job.
